ANSWER: Yes. In some cases, right of way can be made. There are several factors in looking for a property. If you have one in mind or have an exisiting property you would like to develop, give us a call and we will visit the site with you.
All farms have certain consumables. We will do the necessary training for the maintenance of your equipment. More often than not, the consumables would last a few years before needing replacement.
Yes. Bitrade issues a warranty for certain equipment/structure. Please do not hesitate to contact us should there be any issue with your equipment/structure.
For commercial farms, we will assist you by connecting you with reliable and known commercial farms in the industry and will guide you on the distribution of your produce to the end user.
Yes. BUT most IMPORTANTLY, FARM MANAGEMENT. We do have the best system but Farm Management is key to having the most efficient farm. We also conduct training for farm personnel.
Some would need around 1-2 hectares for a small operation and usually depends on the cut of the land. We would suggest around 3-5 hectares at the least, in order to have room for improvements and expansion.
Yes we can. Please call us to schedule a visit to your farm for proper planning and implementation of such improvements.
ROI is relative. For some farms, the ROI is roughly 4-6 years. In some cases, 2-3 years. Commercial farms are seasonal as to Contract Farming, both baring risks. Here at Bitrade, we provide feasibility studies based on your desired operations.
For prefabricated building, our record is 1-2months at the most. For concrete housing, sometimes it can go as long as 4-6 months depending on manpower. Cost is relative to the duration of the construction.
